What Causes Floaters After Lifting Weights?
Stringy clumps of hair like strands that drift through your vision are the result of separation of the vitreous
gel from the retina. Dark clumps or bubbles in front of your eyes can most of the time be explained by the vitreous
gel become more watery and shrinking, a common sign of aging of the eye.
Hairy bugs that have dark spots associated with them can appear to drift back and forth in
your vision when you are afflicted with a vitreous floater due to shrinkage of the gel in your eye. You can really
see the squiggles in your vision or vein like strands floating in your eyes if you stare at a white piece of paper
or clouds. Weird looking "fibers" that look like worms with tails inside your eyes can seem to "swim" by your eyes
as they move back and forth.
